Origin Solo · prefab kit · speculative design
We’re really proud of this one.
The Origin Solo is a 638 sq ft, one-bed, one-bath home that’s easy to deploy as a cabin in the woods, a hospitality unit, or an ADU. We’re planning to offer it as a prefab panelized kit, targeting under $100,000. Want the plans? Drop your email and we’re off to the races.

The idea
Three modules, one long room of light.
The Origin Solo is three pieces set end to end: a sleeping module with its own bath, a small entrance module, and a living module where kitchen, dining, and living share one room. Lined up, they make a house 12 feet wide and 53 feet long under a single 8-in-12 gable, with sliding glass at both ends.
The entrance does real work: a built-in unit with coat hooks, shoe storage, and a bench, so the front door opens onto something useful instead of a hallway. Bedroom at one end, living room at the other, the door in between. One level, 14′2″ at the ridge. That regularity is what lets it ship flat, as panels.
The kit
One design. No changes.
There’s one catch: we won’t customize it. Not at all. If you love it as it is, great, it’s yours. If not, this one isn’t for you, and the rest of our catalog has plenty of designs with more room to make them your own.
In the kit

Make it real
Speculative means: drawn, not yet promised.
The Origin Solo is resolved as a design, but it isn’t engineered or in production yet, and whether the kit launches comes down to demand. It may grow into a family of buildings, or it may stay just as it is.
Downloading the set counts as your vote for the Origin Solo.
If you’d actually buy the kit, tick the box when you grab the set. Every tick is counted, and those are what decide whether this one ships.
