Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products and services purchased from DEN Outdoors are delivered. Because DEN offers both digital products and prefab building systems, delivery methods vary depending on the product purchased.


1. Digital Construction Documents

DEN construction documents and related project materials are delivered digitally.

After completing your purchase, construction documents are typically made available immediately through your DEN account dashboard.

Customers will also receive a confirmation email containing access instructions and links to their purchased materials.

Because these files are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping charges associated with construction document purchases.


2. Account Access

All purchased construction documents are stored within the customer’s DEN account.

Customers may log in at any time to access and download their purchased documents.

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure access to their account credentials.


3. Customization Deliverables

If customization services are purchased, updated construction documents will be delivered digitally through the customer’s account or by secure file delivery once the customization work has been completed.

Delivery timelines for customization services vary depending on the scope of the requested changes and will be communicated during the project coordination process.


4. Prefab Package Delivery

Prefab packages involve the fabrication of structural components and building systems and are not delivered immediately after purchase.

A prefab deposit initiates pre-construction services and reserves a place within the DEN manufacturing pipeline.

Once a project progresses to fabrication, a separate manufacturing agreement will define:

  • fabrication timelines
  • delivery logistics
  • shipping coordination
  • responsibilities between DEN, the builder, and the customer

Delivery of prefab components may occur via freight carriers, specialized transport, or other logistics providers depending on the project location and scope.


5. Shipping Costs for Prefab Components

Shipping costs for prefab components are not included in prefab deposits unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs, freight logistics, and delivery coordination will be outlined in the manufacturing agreement for each project.


6. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines for prefab projects may be affected by factors including manufacturing schedules, material availability, weather conditions, transportation logistics, and site readiness.

DEN Outdoors will communicate project timelines as fabrication progresses, but delivery dates may change due to circumstances outside of our control.
