The idea

One roof, pitched at the view.

The Angle is one move, pushed as far as it will go: a single shed roof that rises from 8 feet at the back wall to 12 at the front. The whole high side is glass, floor to ceiling. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms all sit in that light, and all of them open onto a full-length deck.

Behind that is the quiet half: two real suites, each with its own bath, closets, and a built-in window seat, plus a walk-in pantry off the kitchen. One level, no stairs, 14′8″ at the peak. The frame is so rational it would panelize beautifully. That is not an accident, and it is why we ask about prefab below.

Make it real

Speculative means: drawn, not yet promised.

The Angle exists exactly as far as you see here. It is resolved as a design, but nobody has engineered it or drawn construction documents, and whether anyone ever does comes down to demand. If you'd build this, raise your hand. Enough of you, and we draw it for real. You'll hear it first either way.

Downloading the set counts as your vote for the Angle as buildable plans.

If what you'd actually buy is the Angle as a prefab kit, tick the box when you grab the set, then reply to the email we send and tell us about your land. A reply from a real parcel counts for a lot, and replies are what decide what we engineer next.
