Sam Brock grew up in the trade — his parents flipped houses long before it was trendy, and weekends meant building decks and renovating homes alongside his father. He went on to earn a degree in Building Science and Construction Management from Appalachian State, then spent 20 years in commercial construction on nearly a quarter billion dollars of projects.
