2 Years of Planning and Building in the Poconos | DEN Customer Builds

Erik S started his planning to build his Modern Alpine Plus, currently under construction in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, over 2 years ago.

My son, Fox (you might be able to start guessing where the name “DEN” came from), would be over the moon to see trucks like this.

Erik's DEN Journey

Every DEN customer has a different journey. Erik originally purchased a starter plan from us in June of 2022, then upgraded to a complete plan in September of that year, before customizing his plan in February of 2023. In the fall of 2023, Erik shared some incredible videos of the clearance and foundation project that paved the way for the construction which is ongoing today.

There’s no two ways about it: committing to build a DEN is no small feat. Our attention spans are declining precipitously. Making a decision that results in an outcome years in the future is incredibly challenging. Yet, that’s exactly what DEN customers do when they decide to build something in the real world.

Erik made a decision to get a DEN plan 2 years ago and is now on the precipice of experiencing his completed DEN.

The ample windows out into surrounding woods is something that makes the Alpine Plus uniquely suited to a wooded lot.

Ready in Time For Fall

I am excited to continue to get pictures from Erik and his wife as the build concludes. Looking out of the windows at the fall foliage will be a special moment for them, and I feel honored to be part of the journey.
