It’s an efficient, cost-effective system—but please ensure your local site conditions can accommodate this foundation type before proceeding.

To secure your Treehouse, a roughly 5% deposit ($10,000) is required, which secures your place in the production schedule and initiates the pre-construction phase. At the end of the preconstruction phase, 95% of the project balance is due, which initiates fabrication and shipping. You will receive your fully engineered set of plans after this final payment. Financing options may be available through third-party lenders specializing in construction loans.
