How does a builder get paid?

Builders enter into a construction contract directly with the end customer/homebuyer. DEN might help facilitate financing through partners but otherwise the builder is paid directly by the homebuyer with either cash or standard construction financing.

How many projects can a builder expect in a given year?

Depending on the builder’s company size and capacity, DEN could easily provide anywhere from a handful to up to 5-10.

How does a builder communicate with the homebuyer?

The builder communicates directly with DEN through email, phone, and our BuiltBy DEN platform. The homebuyer will see communication on their end through the platform and their connection to the DEN representative. This helps keep builders focused.
