Introducing the Modern Alpine 2025

I'm thrilled to share our latest creation with you. For 2025, we've reimagined one of our most beloved designs – the Modern Alpine.
Since its launch, the Modern Alpine has found its way into countless projects across the country. From individual builders to developers, it's been incredible to see how you've brought this design to life (just browse our DEN gallery to see these beautiful builds across different states). It's even become a go-to choice for hospitality developments, where you'll often find them in stunning multi-unit clusters.
Looking back, the original Modern Alpine started as a cozy design with a loft ladder to the bedroom. Your feedback shaped its evolution – you wanted better loft access and more space, which led to the Modern Alpine Plus, with its signature spiral staircase and convenient downstairs bedroom.
After four years of refining our design approach, we're taking another significant step forward. The Modern Alpine 2025 represents everything we've learned. The centerpiece is a dramatic glass gable wall that stretches floor-to-ceiling, creating a stunning connection with the landscape outside. At almost 21 feet high, this feature transforms how you experience the space.
Every detail has been carefully considered. The new design includes a full-height, fully compliant staircase along the side. We've refined the entry sequence and room flow, creating an efficient yet spacious feel that enhances daily living.
Your response to our pre-release on Instagram and Twitter has been remarkable – thank you for all your thoughtful comments and questions. Whether you're planning a short-term rental, a hospitality development, or an ADU, the Modern Alpine 2025 is designed to exceed your expectations.
We're offering something special for this launch: we'll fly out to visit, film, and interview the first person to complete their Modern Alpine 2025. We want to showcase how this design comes to life in its natural setting.
As our final design release for 2024, the Modern Alpine 2025 feels like a fitting conclusion to an extraordinary year. Thank you for your continued support throughout 2024 – I'm looking forward to the projects we'll bring to life together in 2025.
