We've come up with four modern home designs that are a work-in-progress (hence the WIP). We've rendered all four, but we want to know: which one should we create the full plan package for?!

The Contenders
DEN WIP #1: The Brickhouse
Our first-ever design featuring brickwork, the Brickhouse offers a generous 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout that masterfully combines practical function with striking aesthetic elements.
DEN WIP #2: The Dogtrot
A nod to the classic architecture of the American South, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom design breathes new life into tradition, putting a distinctly modern spin on a classic style.
DEN WIP #3: The V House
A daring exploration of geometric possibilities, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom design grabs attention with its standout 'V' shape, which neatly segregates the living and sleeping spaces.
DEN WIP #4: The L-Shaped Barnhouse:
In this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom design, two straightforward gable volumes come together in an 'L' configuration. The layout frames a semi-enclosed patio space, capturing the true spirit of indoor-outdoor living.
