There’s no better way to understand the project you’re about to build than by reviewing a set of plans, otherwise you’re just guessing based on photos. The Den Starter Package contains plenty of details to help you make the decision to move forward.

The Complete Package
Best for: building a Den as beautiful as the ones on the website
We put a lot of love into the design of the Den structures, and just as much into what goes inside. With the Complete Package, you will receive a license to build your DEN design and your engineer or architect will have everything they need to easily make changes that fit your lifestyle and local zoning codes. Take the guesswork out of what to buy, because we provide you with every last detail, down to the faucets and light switches. Your builder will love you, and you’ll love your new home.
The Complete Package lets you:
Customize your Den design (materials, window placement, walls, and overall footprint)
Change the foundation type to better suit your site or preference
Ensure local code compliance (seismic, Title 24, hurricane, or extreme snow loads)
